Our Home--then and now

Now that the rooms in our house are starting to take shape, I thought it would be fun to look at some before and after pictures. All of the before's are from the previous homeowners house (when we first looked at the house).

Living Room Before

In this room, we painted (first thing we did when we moved in) and replaced the broken blinds with heavy-duty wood blinds.

We replaced the door to the garage last summer with a steel door, replaced and swagged the chandelier and painted. I'm looking forward to putting some molding and a nicer mantel on the fireplace this fall. Hopefuly soon we'll put in some hardwood floors, also!

Not alot of changes here...mainly just a replaced fan and I made a window grid to add to the window.

Jeremy and my dad took down the wallpaper border. After waiting with an empty room for 6 months, we finally started to put together this guest room in January. Main Bathroom Before:

We got rid of the awful green (it felt like a scary cave before we painted), I added a framed mirror, replaced the shades in the light, and added some towel bars. Still a work in progress, though...

We haven't done anything to the actual room other than dress it up a bit, and change the layout (ie where the TV goes). We still need a couch, but finally Prefontaine and Hawaiian Tattoo have been hung. Bring your kids anytime to come and play in our play nook!
